This position is ideal for a commercially minded, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about building meaningful connections that deliver long-term value.You’ll be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing new strategic partners, with a particular focus on aligning partner services with our platform and expanding our reach into larger accounting and bookkeeping firms. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership strategies, and work alongside partners on co-branded marketing campaigns and events that amplify our joint value proposition.ResponsibilitiesOnboard and Manage New Strategic Partners: Lead the onboarding process for new strategic partners, ensuring a smooth and effective integration of their services into pay.com.au’s ecosystem. Build strong relationships with partners to drive success.Collaborate on Marketing Campaigns: Work closely with partners to develop co-branded marketing campaigns. Track campaign progress, measure effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize future initiatives.Coordinate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment on goals, deliverables, and the successful execution of partnership strategies.Drive Outreach Efforts to Larger Accounting and Bookkeeping Firms: Identify and engage with larger accounting and bookkeeping firms to expand Pay.com.au’s presence in the market. Build relationships with key decision-makers to position our platform as the solution of choice.Support Partner-Focused Events (Virtual and In-Person): Coordinate and support the execution of partner-focused events, including webinars, workshops, and conferences. Engage with partners at these events to strengthen relationships and promote Pay.com.au’s offerings.Negotiate Partnership Agreements: Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with Pay.com.au’s strategic goals. Demonstrate strong commercial acumen in structuring deals that maximize both short-term and long-term value.Demonstrate Commercial Insight: Bring a commercially astute approach to managing partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and making data-driven recommendations.
