Job Role
The Planning Support Officer is responsible for providing expert support to the Maintenance Planning Department, reporting directly to the Maintenance Superintendent.
* Assists in coordinating and executing maintenance detailed plans for Mechanical, Electrical, and other departments.
* Acts as secondary contact and liaison between Maintenance, Operations, and supported departments.
* Coordinates work initiated through various stakeholders, ensuring required resources are available.
Responsibilities
* Undertakes activities including sourcing and delivery of critical spares for routine and non-routine maintenance activities.
* Supports planners with creation/approval of work orders where necessary.
* Attends daily work order meetings with key stakeholders.
