We are currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated and reliable Facilities Manager to join the team at Oaks Adelaide Embassy Suites.

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the property to ensure an efficient and economical operation of all its physical aspects whilst creating and maintaining a safe and productive environment for residents, staff and guests.

You will utilise your broad and diverse skill set of management and coordination services, through to building and trade orientated services and be responsible for the following:

- Implement and drive a preventative maintenance program
- Supervision and coordination of all approved onsite contractor works
- Supervision of all common area cleaning and repairs and maintenance in accordance with the Caretaking Agreement
- Maintain an approved Body Corporate Contractors List
- Act as the main contact point for day-to-day enquiries from Body Corporate
- Conduct regular building inspections and prepare building, plant and equipment reports
- Coordinate, prepare and perform minor repairs & maintenance works

**Qualifications**

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Previous hands-on Maintenance/Facilities Management experience, preferably in a hotel environment
- Proven ability to manage and develop team members and contractors
- Experience implementing a preventative maintenance program
- Experience organising, consulting and negotiating with Contractors
- Sound MS Office skills (including Excel spreadsheets and word documents)
- A passion for delivering exceptional, pro-active service
