About The Role
We're searching for a proactive Contract Administrator to join our high‑performing team. This full‑time role is based across our Sydney offices in Artarmon and Silverwater, with the flexibility to work from either location and from home.
As a central part of our operations, you'll support major data and electrical infrastructure projects by managing contracts end‑to‑end, coordinating procurement, mitigating commercial risk, and ensuring our teams are set up for success. With Alliance SI continuing to grow nationally, you'll play a critical role in strengthening our commercial governance, supporting project outcomes, and helping shape our reputation as a trusted industry leader in complex infrastructure delivery.

In this role, you will
* Draft, review and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
* Manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation and commercial clarity.
* Oversee procurement and supplier engagement to support cost‑effective project delivery.
* Support project and program managers with variations, claims and Security of Payment processes.
* Maintain governance through accurate reporting, templates, registers and continuous improvement.
About You
* You're an experienced Contract Administrator with a solid understanding of commercial and contractual principles.
* You have strong attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring accuracy in every contract and stakeholder interaction.
* You're confident managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and contract lifecycles in a fast‑paced project environment.
* You bring sound knowledge of Australian contract law, Security of Payment requirements, and risk management.
* You're commercially astute, proactive, and solutions‑focused, anticipating challenges and supporting project teams to achieve great outcomes.
* You're collaborative, ethical, and approachable, thriving in cross‑functional environments and committed to continuous improvement.
