The Opportunity
We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales & Operations professional to join our growing team. You'll play a key role supporting internal sales and logistics operations, with a focus on servicing our major client, BlueScope Steel. Working closely with the Administration Officer, Application Engineer, and Directors, you'll help deliver exceptional customer service, streamline order processing, and support business growth.
What You'll Do
• Handle internal sales enquiries, quotations, and order processing
• Coordinate logistics and manage inbound/outbound deliveries
• Collaborate with the Application Engineer to prepare tailored technical proposals
• Maintain CRM and ERP systems (Zoho, Micronet) and ensure data accuracy
• Manage software licence and SaaS renewals
• Support key account activities and develop strong supplier partnerships
What You'll Bring
• Experience in internal sales, logistics, or operations (automation/industrial preferred)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in internal sales, logistics, or operations roles
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Practical experience working with automation systems, sensors, PLCs, or connectivity solutions
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset
• Australian work rights are required for this position
