Responsibilities
* Develop and execute plans for revenue and margin growth
* Build multi-level relationships with retail buyers and senior management
* Identify opportunities to expand product placement and store footprint
* Lead range reviews, negotiations, and pricing strategies
* Collaborate with internal teams to align with customer needs
* Monitor market trends and competitive activity
* Provide regular sales forecasting and reporting
* Conduct store visits and retail training
* Represent the company at industry trade shows
Qualifications
* Proven success managing national accounts in the furniture retail industry
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation ability
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
* High accountability and urgency
* Disciplined and highly organised approach
* Digitally fluent and adaptable
* Flexibility for domestic and international travel
* Bachelor's degree
