Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Parramatta, NSW. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer accounts, developing and maintaining client relationships, and conducting property showings. Additionally, the role includes providing training to junior sales staff, and implementing sales strategies to improve overall team performance.
Qualifications
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
* Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
* Experience in providing Training to sales teams
* Proven track record in real estate sales
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
