Sigma Aerospace is seeking two detail-oriented and experienced
Technical Records Officers
for permanent opportunities within a large rotary fleet operation — one role based in
Cooroy
and the other in
Marcoola
, QLD.
Reporting to the HAAMC, you'll ensure accurate and timely processing of aircraft and engine records, supporting the ongoing airworthiness, scheduling, and regulatory compliance of a diverse fleet.
About The Role
This is a
Monday to Friday, permanent full-time position.
You'll work with
Aeronet
to manage component records, logbooks, maintenance tracking, flight hour data, and airworthiness documentation across a fleet that includes:
B214B, B214ST, B206, B204, B47, AS365 N2/3 & AS355
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain aircraft and component technical records in Aeronet
* Compile and process work packs for scheduled maintenance
* Manage defects, MEL codes, logbook entries, component changes
* Monitor and validate aircraft hours, cycles, and usage trends
* Prepare maintenance release documentation for engineer sign-off
* Support audits, technical publications, and document retention schedules
* Assist in maintaining effective airworthiness and reliability programs
What You'll Need:
* Experience in technical records or maintenance administration
* Familiarity with Aeronet or similar maintenance software
* Prior experience in aviation, ideally in a rotary environment
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
* Current Driver's Licence
* Ability to obtain an ASIC
