Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our successful footwear retailer. Your primary role will be to create a warm and inviting shopping environment that exceeds customer expectations.

* Foster a culture of excellent customer service and ensure all staff members deliver outstanding experiences.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
* Maintain high-quality store displays and visual merchandising standards to showcase our extensive range of footwear products.
* Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate the best possible deals to benefit the business.
* Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to ensure seamless customer interactions and drive sales results.


About The Role:
