We are partnering with a respected Brisbane-based property development group seeking a committed, detail-oriented
mid-level Property Lawyer
to join their close-knit legal team of three. The salary on offer is fixed between $140-150k plus super (Depending on your experience level).

About the Role:-
You'll work directly with senior leaders and internal stakeholders on a wide mix of commercial and property matters, including:
* Retail, commercial, and industrial leasing
* Property acquisitions and disposals
* Development and construction documentation
* General commercial agreements
* Day‑to‑day advisory work across the development lifecycle
This is a role where consistency, reliability, and thoughtful communication are highly valued.
