Project Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for a large infrastructure project, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities
* Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the project team, including managing records, preparing documents, and maintaining filing systems.
* Financial Management: Assist with financial processes, including processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims.
* Contract Administration: Support contract administrators with payment schedules, PPW processing, and PCR processing for subcontracts.
* Purchasing and Procurement: Assist engineering staff with procurement and administration functions, including generating and issuing PCR purchase orders.
* Reporting and Analysis: Assist project accountants with month-end financial processes, including identifying and preparing accruals, preparing journals, and assembling audit documentation.
Requirements
* Education: High School Certificate or equivalent experience in administration, Certificate II, III, IV in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
* Experience: 3-5 years' experience in an office environment, preferably on an infrastructure construction project.
* Skillset: Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills, financial processing and financial systems, administrative practices and procedures, records management.
