Job Description Summary
Service Stream's Utilities Division are currently seeking a Civil Supervisor with Sewer and Wastewater experience to join our South East Water team in Dadenong South.

Reporting Line: Civil Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and advocating in accordance with Service Stream's values of Safety, Delivery, People and Accountability.
- Managing and monitoring designated site activities to ensure project compliance and safety is always adhered to.
- Performing daily checks on civil maintenance staff field staff ensuring that they have completed their relevant training and hold the correct licenses.
- Reviewing and improving KPIs and data validation of works.
- Actively performing site audits and inspections.
- Assisting in the development and review of Safe Work Methods (SWMS).
- Administration of the relevant field technicians, including approving timesheet data, processing leave requests, reviewing and correcting JAMS validation errors.
- Maintaining spending within limits of authority and maintain costs within budget requirements.
- Actively fostering a collaborative relationship with the client.
About you
To be successful in this role you would ideally possess the following
- Current Driver's License.
- A minimum of 5+ years experiance in Jetting and CCTV of sewer assets.
- A minimum of 5+ years' experience within the Waste Water (or other underground utility) industry operations.
- Experience dealing with stressful time limited environments.
- Strong commercial experience.
- Ability to interpret and understand civil/mechanical drawings and scopes of work.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- High level interpersonal skills with the ability to positively influence team members and working relationships.
- Understanding of SWMS, risk assessment and analysis.
- Strong Client focus.
