The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and polished Boutique Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience in the heart of Melbourne’s luxury retail district. You will embody the brand's values, drive boutique performance, and ensure every client interaction is as elevated as the brand itself.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver world-class service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and loyal clientele, offering a personalised and memorable shopping experience.
- Ensure the boutique reflects the highest standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation.
- Monitor inventory, operations, and team performance to optimise business efficiency.
- Collaborate with regional teams on marketing, activations, and clienteling initiatives.
- Uphold the boutique’s reputation as a destination for luxury, elegance and exclusivity.
About You
- 3–5 years of experience in a boutique management or senior retail leadership role within the luxury or premium retail sector (fashion, accessories, beauty, or lifestyle).
- Proven ability to lead a team to success in a sales-focused, client-centric environment.
- Refined interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with high-end clients.
- Highly organised with a strong sense of style, presentation and brand alignment.
- A background in clienteling, luxury service or personal styling is highly regarded.
