FIS provides evidence-based screening, assessment and intervention services for individuals in custody and the community. We focus on areas such as violent and sexual offending, restorative justice, violent extremism and family violence.
As part of the leadership group of our Barwon South West team, you will oversee the treatment of complex cases across a precinct of four mixed-security prisons, including the brand-new Western Plains Correctional Centre.

**What you will do**
As a forensic clinical team leader, you will provide leadership to a multi-disciplinary clinical team. You will oversee and deliver risk assessments, interventions and individual treatments to individuals with complex forensic needs.
**What is the adapted interventions team? (One vacancy)**
The adapted interventions team provides offence-specific screening, assessment and intervention with service users with cognitive impairment in custody and the community.
**You will also**:
- deliver high-quality supervision and **professional development** to forensic staff
- **drive workforce capability** through training and education initiatives
- **manage quality assurance** processes for treatment plans and risk assessments
- **build and maintain relationships** with internal and external stakeholders
- contribute to research, **policy** **development** and **recruitment** of forensic staff.
