Job Summary
In this role you will lead multi‑discipline continuous improvement efforts, leveraging opportunities to resolve gaps and process problems that result in declining performance or a significant impact on business or customer needs. You will lead teams, facilitate collaboration, and use technical tools to monitor, analyze, and evaluate solutions that resolve issues and mitigate risk.
Major Responsibilities
* Lead multi‑discipline continuous improvement efforts and identify gaps and process problems that impact performance.
* Facilitate and lead cross‑functional teams involved in continuous improvement and compliance efforts.
* Use statistical process control, statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, failure‑mode and effects analysis, and other relevant tools to support continuous improvement.
* Monitor the implementation of improvement actions to ensure effectiveness.
* Prepare continuous‑improvement reports summarizing results and recommending improvement actions; facilitate report‑out of results and recommendations.
* Review project risk registers, action‐item lists, condition reports, and other information sources to identify improvement opportunities.
* Recommend and draft revisions to corporate or GBU‑level continuous‑improvement programs and plans.
* Identify, develop, and implement new continuous‑improvement tools and techniques to improve service delivery and resolve business gaps.
Education and Experience Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent).
* Years of relevant experience in continuous improvement or related fields.
* Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with significant in‑role experience or Six Sigma Master Black Belt candidate.
* Certified Causal Analysis Lead or recognized expert in the field.
Required Knowledge and Skills
* Advanced contributor with specialized skill set and seasoned, experienced professional.
* Proficient in area of specialization; resolves a wide range of complex issues creatively and effectively.
* Capable of analyzing data that requires evaluation of variable factors.
* Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain results.
* Work independently with wide latitude for judgment.
