Job Title: Gardening & Home Maintenance Support Worker
About the Role:
We are seeking a Support Worker to deliver gardening and maintenance services to seniors and NDIS clients, facilitating their ability to remain in their homes for an extended period.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fantastic customer service skills;
* Providing support and guidance to volunteers of varying skills and abilities;
* A team player;
* Good communication skills are written, interpersonal and verbal;
* Basic computer and paperwork skills;
* A safety-first approach to ensure safety and wellbeing of yourself, clients, and the team;
* Willing and able to keep up with the demands of the physical demands of a gardening role;
* Willing and able to work across other services to spend time with customers (this may include domestic assistance, social support, group activities).
Requirements:
* A NDIS Worker Screening Check;
* Current Western Australian Drivers Licence with no restrictions;
* Your own vehicle;
* Rights to work in Australia;
* Current First Aid Certificate with 12 months or less currency (or willing to apply).
