My client, a leader in Vehicle fleet leasing, is seeking an experienced customer service officer to join their high performing team.
As the Customer Service Specialist, you will provide support in a team environment with a wide range of administrative tasks
Duties within the role will include:
Collaborate and partner with stakeholders and internal teams
Processing end of lease inspections
Processing invoices and generating purchase orders
About you:
Proven experience in a team-based customer service environment, with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed set KPI's and targets
Previous experience in Fleet/Claims/Insurance would align well to this type of role
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
PR & fully vaccinated
