We empower parents and carers to be their child's first teacher through our free, two-year home-based early childhood learning program, HIPPY.
About the Role
As Team Leader of the HIPPY program, you will coach, supervise and support a small team of Tutors. Your responsibilities will include monitoring expenses, developing resources that are culturally appropriate, and building relationships with communities, families and local service providers.
Key Requirements
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Community Services or equivalent qualification
* Experience working in an early childhood service or system and strong foundations in early childhood development and/or early intervention programs
* Knowledge of and experience working with children and families from disadvantaged communities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families
