We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Field Service Technician for our Honeywell Building Solutions team in Rivervale, Perth. The purpose of the role is to provide team support and assist other team members in delivery of work to customer sites. It is also responsible for servicing customer sites, maximising customer satisfaction and minimising customer site downtime by providing exceptional technical support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Providing service, maintenance and repairs of Honeywell and third-party equipment, including configuration and programming of HVAC systems.
- Project management of service projects and small works, ensuring project milestones are met through a high level of stakeholder management.
- Ensuring high quality delivery of services to Honeywell's clients through management of the technical team and sub-contractors.
- Ensuring effective management of workload, improvement of processes and systems, verification of works, client liaison and escalation and working with other areas within Honeywell to deliver high quality service.
- Working with legacy systems and remote/mobile tasking to dynamically drive actions and provide recommendations to customers on building performance and comfort improvements.
- Driving expansion on customer sites to other systems not currently under contract.
**Key Experience and Capabilities**:
- You must hold a valid and unrestricted driver's licence authorising you to drive the Honeywell Tool of Trade vehicle.
- Possess intermediate to high computer skills.
- Supervisor Trade Certificate an advantage.
- Electrical or Electronics Associate Diploma or higher an advantage.
- Proven track record of fault-finding and repairs on electrical equipment.
- At least three years of experience with Honeywell/Non-Honeywell control systems and EBI products in HVAC systems.
- Experience with small /medium estimation of works and pricing is desirable.
- Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as stakeholder management experience.
