Marketing / Admin Officer – Melbourne Campus
Role Summary
* Handle course enquiries and convert them into positive enrolments.
* Control and maintain effective filing systems and records of all students and applicants.
* Support enrolment procedures and student services.
* Report major issues that occur on campus immediately to management.
* Operate standard office equipment.
* Help in general administrative duties.
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports to the Principal and CEO.
Job Knowledge / Skills Required
* Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
* High attention to detail.
* Ability to organise and prioritise work and proven ability to meet deadlines.
* Adaptability and multi‐tasking skills.
