We're partnering with a growing, global business in the commercial services space who is looking to appoint a hands‐on, high‐impact Senior Marketing Specialist.
This is a true generalist role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, balancing strategy with execution across campaigns, digital, content and sales enablement.
If you're a marketer who likes variety, ownership and seeing your work directly drive results, this is a great opportunity. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll play a key role in delivering the B2B marketing plan across all touch‐points for ANZ region.
The Scope:
* Partner with leadership to execute the marketing plan aligned to business priorities, target segments and growth goals
* Design and deliver integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation and sales pipeline
* Lead the rollout and ongoing optimisation of the company website (UX, SEO, SEM), working closely with digital agency
* Create and deliver high‐quality content across digital and offline channels to position the brand as a market leader
* Manage and grow social presence, from content creation through to engagement and performance tracking
* Develop and maintain a full suite of sales enablement tools (presentations, brochures, product sheets, templates)
* Support product launches and sales initiatives with strong campaign and messaging execution
* Coordinate events, trade shows and partnerships in line with the marketing plan
* Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, optimising for ROI and new opportunities
What You'll Bring:
You're a well‐rounded marketer who is equally comfortable thinking strategically and delivering at pace.
* 3–5+ years' experience in a B2B marketing role with broad exposure across digital, content and campaign execution
* A proven ability to execute marketing plans that drive measurable commercial outcomes
* Strong digital capability across website management, SEO/SEM and performance tracking
* Experience creating content that builds brand credibility and supports lead generation
* Exposure to sales enablement and working closely with commercial teams
* Confidence managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* A proactive, hands‐on approach with a bias for action
