Senior Workforce Planning Consultant
We're seeking a Senior Workforce Planning Consultant to drive strategic workforce planning across our business.
* You'll lead complex programs, provide critical insight, and ensure we have the right people in the right roles at the right time.
This is a key role in driving enterprise-wide workforce planning, designing tools frameworks and processes used across Western Power.
Your Role in Action:
1. Create evolve our Strategic Workforce Plan including initiatives that bring it to life
2. Lead workforce planning using consistent models with tools frameworks and processes across all of Western Power. When managing large-scale projects you will also be responsible for facilitating workshops coordinating stakeholder meetings developing project roadmaps tracking progress reporting on deliverables performing risk management identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with established policies procedures.]
