The Role
An experienced and reliable Sous Chef skilled in overseeing daily kitchen operations while ensuring compliance with OH&S, food safety, and budget guidelines. Adept at leading and mentoring kitchen teams, maintaining high service and presentation standards, managing stock and resources effectively, and stepping into leadership roles as needed. Strong collaborator with a commitment to professionalism, customer service excellence, and upholding company values
Skills & Attributes
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to lead a team in a high-paced, remote resort environment
* Conflict resolution skills and the ability to work independently
* Enthusiasm for training and developing junior team members
* Experience with stocktake, rostering, and food cost management
