Short-Term Branding Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Branding Expert to support our Communications team on a short-term engagement. This role will involve enhancing our Visual Identity Style Guide and developing branded digital templates.
About the Job
This is a remote position, preferably located in Indonesia, the Philippines, or Vietnam, with a duration of up to 10 days, anticipated to commence on 18 September 2025.
Key Responsibilities
* Enhance IW's Visual Identity Style Guide by reviewing and expanding it with new sections that provide detailed guidance on design elements and application across all communication materials.
* Develop a suite of customisable social media templates per platform (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) using Canva, adaptable for various content formats and optimized for each IW social media platform.
* Create two branded virtual backgrounds on Canva for IW staff to use in virtual meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in graphic design, visual branding, or digital communications, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
* Ability to develop and apply branding guidelines across print and digital media.
* Proficiency in graphic design programs, including Canva, and experience designing social media templates and digital assets in alignment with branding guidelines.
* Strong visual storytelling and layout skills, with the ability to turn complex concepts into engaging visuals.
* Excellent project management and communication skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

* KSC 1: More than five years of experience in developing or expanding visual identity guidelines for organisations or brands.
* KSC 2: Proficiency in using Canva and other professional graphic design tools to create branded, customisable, and user-friendly digital templates.
* KSC 3: Track record in delivering final assets with high quality and attention to detail within agreed timeline or milestones.
* KSC 4: Proven ability to engage with clients in co-creation processes, including incorporating feedback.
