Job Title: Senior Transaction Insurance Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Transaction Insurance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for underwriting representation and warranty insurance policies in connection with mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review legal, tax, financial and other risks associated with corporate transactions
* Successfully quote, project-manage and underwrite representation and warranty insurance policies
* Negotiate bespoke insurance policies with lawyers and brokers domestically and abroad
* Win new business and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Effectively assess and price risks considering various factors
Requirements:
* Innovative and motivated M&A professional with a strong interest in business and commerce
* Commercial approach to risk assessment and sharp decision-making skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with lawyers, bankers and brokers
* Specialist knowledge in successfully quoting, project-managing and underwriting representation and warranty insurance policies
