Senior Consultant - Mergers and Acquisitions
As a senior consultant in our mergers and acquisitions team, you will be part of a high-performing unit that provides strategic and tactical advice to clients through all stages of the sale or purchase of a business or asset.
* Be involved in deal origination, preparation of marketing materials, buyer research, valuation analysis, and due diligence preparation and coordination.
* Prepare industry research and market mapping to identify potential new clients or targets for private equity and corporate buyers.
* Assist in building financial data books and analyzing financial models.
* Contribute to engagement planning and project management to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, finance, or law.
* Two to five years' full-time work experience in a professional services environment with prior transaction experience.
* Strong numeracy and written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
