About the Role
This position involves providing technical assistance and support to our customers, ensuring that they receive high-quality service and expertise in resolving their issues.
Main Responsibilities
* Assist in daily operations of technical support departments by addressing customer inquiries and resolving technical issues.
* Provide general and technical support for Temperzone products in the Australian market.
* Liaise with service agents, contractors, and consumers to ensure effective communication and resolution of technical issues.
* Maintain accurate records and data on customer interactions and technical issues.
* Support managers with technical information and parts recovery.
* Provide product training seminars and conduct workshops as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years' experience in the air conditioning industry.
* High level of knowledge in systems controls and mechanics.
* A high competency in the technicalities of air conditioning system design.
* Solid understanding and experience in system controls.
* Customer service focus.
