We're seeking a skilled Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design across our People & Culture capabilities.
This includes domains such as Hire to Retire, Time & Attendance, Rostering, Staff Communication, and Safety & Wellbeing, underpinned by platforms including SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, ServiceNow, and other supporting corporate systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Solution Architecture & Design
o Design scalable, secure, and fit-for-purpose end-to-end architectures across People & Culture capabilities.
o Translate complex business requirements into clear architectural models, aligned to business strategy and enterprise architecture principles.
* Architectural Governance & Standards
o Maintain and uplift architectural standards, reference architectures, and solution design templates for corporate applications and platforms.
o Ensure consistency, quality, security, and reusability across solutions leveraging platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, ServiceNow, and related systems.
* Technical Leadership & Mentorship
o Provide architectural oversight and technical guidance to delivery teams across the full solution lifecycle.
o Mentor solution designers, developers, engineering and analysts to uplift capability in modern solution architecture and best practices.
About You:
We need someone with:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, with demonstrated success designing and delivering solutions across platforms.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
* Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, solution design, and architectural best practices.
* Proven experience in designing and integrating people-centric systems, including Hire to Retire, Time & Attendance, Rostering, and Staff Communication capabilities.
* Solid knowledge of integration architectures (e.g. API Gateway, ETL, ESB), with hands-on experience in technologies such as REST, JSON, XML, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, SAML).
* Practical experience with cloud platforms, ideally including Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business narratives.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with a focus on solution scalability, maintainability, and performance.
