Description:
The City of Gold Coast Libraries offers extensive services and activities to inspire, generate new ideas, inform, and encourage active participation. This role involves delivering hold items, providing home library services, stocking kiosks, and maintaining remote little libraries across the Gold Coast. Each day presents unique opportunities to engage with community members from all walks of life, bringing diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and needs.
To succeed in this role, emotional maturity and resilience are crucial. You will need to navigate various situations with empathy, adaptability, fostering meaningful connections, and effective communication within our diverse community.
This full-time position requires a willingness to obtain a Human Resources Licence and demonstrate flexibility, as you may be required to work across the entire Library Service as operational needs dictate.
