**About the Position.**
You will work directly alongside their Estimator, Project Manager, and Designer. Your role will be a pivotal coordinating the teams bid processes, offering database management and preparation for project documentation. Experience in the industry is desirable but not necessary, as you will be mentored by highly experienced professionals in the industry
**Duties.**
- Liaise with the project team to prepare bid submissions
- Format, print and bind submissions to a high design standard
- Assisting Estimating staff to compile tender pricing
- Maintain and update bid & strategy documentation/information database
**Skills & Experience.**
- General knowledge of Construction highly desirable but not necessary
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience using InDesign Software highly desirable but not necessary
- Deadline driven with effective time management skills
- Strong attention to detail with a strong ability to articulate well in the written form
