Experience the art of holistic healing as a skilled Spa Therapist. We are seeking an individual with expertise in delivering a range of treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments.
* Conduct thorough consultations to analyse client concerns and create tailored treatment plans incorporating regular treatments and home care advice
* Provide exceptional guest service by conducting a high-end journey from reception, guest welcome, treatment offerings, and guest checkout
* Work collaboratively with a team of like-minded individuals to deliver outstanding service and maintain a clean, safe workplace environment
* Participate in ongoing educational sessions to enhance industry knowledge and quality of service through goal setting and personal development training
* Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury spa, hotel, or resort environment with expertise in delivering a range of treatments
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create a warm, welcoming, and relaxing environment for guests
* High level of professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of guest service delivery
* Previous experience working with a spa booking system is highly advantageous
* Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
