**Join us in our mission to pave the new way of thinking for crane lifting and logistics!**:
Do you want to help revolutionize the way people work in the construction, resources, and logistics industries? Come and join our team of passionate people on a mission to make lifting and logistics operations safer and more efficient with our Roborigger and Robologistics technology.
Roborigger was originally developed by TENSA Equipment, a Perth-based lifting specialist that has successfully been building fully certified lifting and drilling equipment for the global offshore oil and gas industry for over 10 years. Roborigger is a separate company but Tensa is still the main shareholder and we share resources. Roborigger inherits this breadth of experience and longevity - and this is proven with industry recognition such as the **WA Innovator of the Year 2019, WorkSafe WA's the Best Solution to Work Health and Safety Risk 2019**, and **Engineers Australia's Most Innovative Engineers 2019**.
Since our successful entry to market in 2018, we have grown by leaps and bounds as a company. Australia's largest venture capital funder, Blackbird Ventures, backed us in 2019. We opened our own manufacturing facility in 2021, and we've now expanded globally, transforming lifting and logistics practices in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, United Arab Emirates, Germany, and the Netherlands.
