About the role
Exclusive Networks is currently looking to employ a Sales Engineer to support the Fortinet business which is the major vendor for the Australian business.
The Sales Engineer position is responsible for the provision of products and services technical sales support
The role reports to Head of Engineering Services.
As the Sales Engineer, you will:
* Provide customer sales support to all Business Development Manager’s accounts nationally.
* Action all quotes requests, promptly and accurately as part of a team to meet our expected SLAs.
* Validate incoming purchase orders for accuracy against quotes.
* Support CSR Team Leader with escalations and issue resolutions
* Support Boomerang team with renewal quotes as required and follow up renewal opportunities generated by Exclusive Networks Boomerang Life Cycle Management System as directed.
* Deliver high levels of customer service
* Work as part of team and independently as required.
* Follow all processes and procedures that are relevant to your role.
* Analyse customer requirements and supply quotes.
* Meet monthly KPI’s that are set.
* Liaise effectively with other areas of Exclusive Networks Pty Ltd to ensure maximum sales efficiency
* Support the marketing and business development of Exclusive Networks’ portfolio of products and services.
* Use and maintain company systems and processes and to provide timely information on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
* In addition, employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required.

* Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
* Ability to learn quickly, collaborate and work with a dynamic, diverse, growing business.
