As the Concierge & Community Manager, you'll act as the first point of contact for customers, tenants and visitors, delivering a seamless and engaging experience onsite. You'll also play a key role in activating the precinct, enhancing tenant engagement and supporting a vibrant workplace community. In this dual role you will provide concierge services between 8 am – 2 pm and in the afternoon plan and support events, activations and placemaking initiatives in the office.
Location: Adelaide, South Australia.
Front of House & Customer Experience
* Deliver exceptional front‐of‐house service and tenant support
* Manage visitor enquiries, bookings and concierge services
* Ensure lobby presentation and customer satisfaction standards are upheld
* Provide local recommendations, bookings and lifestyle services
Community & Engagement
* Plan and support events, activations and placemaking initiatives
* Engage with tenants both onsite and digitally (apps, social platforms)
* Contribute to content creation, communications and community engagement
* Build strong relationships across tenants, stakeholders and Operations & Team Support
* Assist with building events, activations and experience delivery
About You
* Previous experience in concierge, hospitality, customer experience or property services
* A natural people‐person with strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* Passion for customer service, events and community building
* Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast‐paced environment
* Tech‐savvy with exposure to apps, social media or digital engagement tools desirable
* Experience in commercial property, hotels or premium environments will be highly regarded
