Private mergers and acquisitions Drafting and negotiating shareholders agreements, share sale agreements, asset sale agreements, joint ventures and general commercial contracts Corporate restructures and strategic transactions Matters for private equity and financial sponsor clients General corporate advisory matters Legal due diligence, including coordinating workstreams and preparing reports Working closely with clients on both domestic and cross-border transactions You will have the opportunity to take a hands‑on role in matters, working directly with clients and contributing to the delivery of practical, commercially focused advice. About You
6+ years’ PAE in corporate law (Senior Associate or Special Counsel level) Experience in private M&A transactions, ideally within a mid‑market or top‑tier environment Strong experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents Exposure to due diligence processes and transaction management A commercial and pragmatic approach, with an interest in understanding client objectives Why Join
