**What do the roles look like?**
We are seeking a range of experienced food and beverage professionals across a range of different roles, including:
- Bartenders/Mixologists
- Waiters
- Hosts

- In-Room Dining Attendants

We are on the hunt for people who possess a passion for food and beverage and a customer-centric attitude. Working with delicious menus, talented Chefs and passionate team mates, you will exceed customer's expectations by providing prompt and courteous service, greeting all guests with warmth and excitement as you welcome them through our doors. With a wide range of opportunities up for grabs, we are looking for new team members to assist our teams with the upcoming busy periods.
**What you will look like?**
You will be a foodie or love mixing drinks, and be an all round people person who thrives in a busy workplace and you will continuously display a can-do attitude. To excel in this role, you will also need plenty of drive, be a forward thinker and a strong team player. You will be flexible across seven days a week (particularly on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays), and will also hold an RSA Certificate.
