Aged Care Leadership Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to lead our new aged care home in Prahran. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring residents receive the best possible care in a safe and welcoming environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aged care management, with experience in leading and managing a team of staff. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage resources and prioritize tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate staff to provide high-quality care to residents
* Develop and implement occupancy sales strategies and participate in local community networking
* Manage budgets, financial resources, and cost control measures
* Communicate effectively with staff, residents, families, and stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in aged care management
* Proven experience in leading and managing a team of staff
* Knowledge of aged care standards, regulatory frameworks, and compliance with the Aged Care Act
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Health Services Management, Nursing, Aged Care, or Business Administration
