Job Description
About the Roles:
We are looking for passionate individuals to join our supportive Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) team, across Coffs Harbour and surrounding communities. As part of the IEA team you will be supporting participants to build confidence, develop skills and build meaningful employment pathway to achieve long term career outcomes.
We are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI's) for multiple positions;
* Team Leader - supports the Participant Engagement Consultants and Employment & Partnership Consultants, to achieve optimum levels of service delivery and participant outcomes. Lead and support the team with supervision, coaching and capacity building, to achieve individual and team objectives.
* Participant Engagement Consultants - will walk alongside IEA participants on their employment journey and support participants to achieve their employment goals. Deliver tailored, person-centred support to participants during work preparation and job placement.
* Employment & Partnership Consultants - will build strong relationships with employers and participants. Initiates, builds and maintains key partnerships with employers to achieve successful and sustainable work outcomes for participants.
* Claims Officer - will provide essential claims lodgement, participant and employer support, outcome monitoring and administrative support to the IEA team. Ensure the accuracy of evidence, liaise with employers and participants to facilitate successful job placements, and achieve outcomes.
