Are you a skilled event operations professional seeking a new challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a dedicated team focused on creating exceptional events in the region. As the Team Leader for Event Operations, you will oversee various activities including major civic events and bookings at key venues.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in event planning, delivery, and evaluation, with expertise in rostering and scheduling. They will effectively manage project scheduling and financials, and participate in setting and measuring team targets and KPIs.
Key responsibilities include coordinating staffing and resource allocation, both internally and externally, as well as ensuring efficient documentation and record-keeping across all event-related requirements.
This role involves weekend and after-hours work based on scheduled events.
