We are seeking a seasoned commercial property professional to spearhead sales initiatives in the Greater Bendigo region.
Key Responsibilities
* Buoy up client relationships and maintain market presence through astute networking.
* Source, list, sell, and lease commercial properties across the region, ensuring a constant flow of potential buyers and sellers.
* Negotiate transactions from inception to closure.
* Carry out site inspections and related duties associated with listing and selling/leasing commercial properties.
* Maintain open communication channels with key stakeholders.
* Deliver expert market insights and advice to clients.
* Collaborate with marketing teams on property promotion, including signage, brochures, advertising, information memorandums, and video production.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven track record as a driven commercial hunter with business acumen.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, ideally with B2B experience.
* Exceptional communication skills to interface effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Ambition to learn and grow within the role.
* Possession of current Real Estate License or willingness to obtain certification.
