Job Description
At our Wollongong store, we are seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, replenishing stock on the sales floor, utilizing your creative flair in assisting with visual merchandising, sorting and pricing items according to our pricing guidelines, and contributing to achieving sales targets of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations through prompt and friendly interactions.
* Ensure all sales floor operations comply with established company policies and procedures.
* Replenish stock efficiently to maintain an attractive display and meet customer needs.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop visually appealing window displays and in-store promotions.
* Sort and price merchandise accurately, adhering to our pricing guidelines.
* Contribute to achieving sales targets by identifying opportunities to increase revenue and implementing effective strategies.
