About this Role
Our Accountants have their own portfolio of clients and deliver a range of services covering tax compliance, preparation of financial statements and business planning. You'll be managing relationships with both clients and external bodies, with guidance from an experienced senior leadership team.

The communication style at MWM is informal and at the same time respectful. We want our clients to feel welcome when they visit, so we encourage our people to interact with our clients to make them feel comfortable. In your role you will enjoy plenty of interaction both in person and on the phone.
We are seeking a person with great skills and a great outlook. As well as being an excellent communicator and skilled negotiator, you will have:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a public practice environment
* CA/CPA/IPA qualification or working towards it.
* Ability to assess priorities and the drive to see them through to completion.
* Ability to take initiative, consider alternative solutions and act autonomously.
* A keen interest in delivering exceptional service to a wide range of clients.
* A team mentality and thrive in a collaborative environment.

We use VOIP telephony enabling softphone or mobile access at home.
