**Human Resources**

This department supports the management of the organization's human resources. Activities include developing human resource management strategies and policies to meet business needs; planning, administering, and reviewing activities concerned with recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, mobility, talent acquisition, diversity, talent management & organisation development and employee/labour relations. In some organisations the activities of this family may include payroll.

**Human Resources Operations**

The People Operations Team are responsible for administering multiple areas of human resources and rewards programs including:

- HR employment issues related to hiring, termination, contracts, retirement, etc.
- Personnel records maintenance pertaining to perks, compensation, leaves of absence, retirement, etc.
- Statistical reporting to internal management and external agencies
- Compensation & benefits program implementation and administration
- May select and manage HR outsourcing vendors

**Responsibilities**
- Complete all JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) requests ensuring our internal SLAs and processes are met.
- Complete any additional documentation requests relating to the employee lifecycle (Parental Leave, Service Statements, Jury Duty Letters etc.)
- Liaise with the Business Partners to complete any company sponsored Visa requests.
- Complete monthly payroll notifications for all employee changes
- Manage the completion of any offboarding and transfer activities with IT, Security and Admin
- Ensure all relevant Sarbanes Oxley Compliance procedures and processes are followed, adhered to, and always evidenced.
- Assist the Business Partner with any ER requirements.
- Assist the Business Partner with any reporting requests.
- Assist the Head of People Experience with system audits and maintenance.
- Assist in the development of People Experience Projects.

**Experience**
- Requires an understanding of Human Resources
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel & Word)
