What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing across new and existing enterprise accounts.
- Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across finance, legal, real estate, and advisory sectors.
- Maintain strong client relationships and meet face-to-face frequently.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to deliver bespoke solutions.
- Keep clients ahead with current product developments and insights.
- Develop account strategies that drive long‑term growth and retention.
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and deal activity through a leading CRM system.
- Be a visible, proactive part of the Sydney sales team, contributing to a high-growth culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of outbound sales or full-cycle B2B experience – ideally in Tech or financial services.
- Bonus: understanding or strong interest in corporate finance, M&A;, advisory or private capital markets.
- Confidence leading commercial conversations with C-level stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, consultative, relationship-driven.
- Energetic, organized, goal-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) – curiosity for fintech a bonus.
