The Role: Senior Property Manager
This isn’t your standard keep the rent paid and the inbox under control gig.
As Senior Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of a high quality portfolio and operate like a true asset manager, protecting value, optimising performance and elevating the client experience at every touchpoint.
You’ll lead from the front.
You’ll raise the standard.
And you’ll help shape the systems that define how Henderson does property management at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Own your portfolio like it’s your own wealth plan. Proactive management, zero surprises, clear strategy. Lead inspections with precision. Routine, entry, exit and condition reporting done thoroughly and on time. Drive leasing performance. Oversee marketing, open homes, tenant selection and negotiation with confidence. Protect the asset. Manage maintenance, compliance and risk with speed and sound judgement. Be the trusted advisor to landlords. Clear communication, strategic guidance and total transparency. Coach and support junior team members. Lift capability, build structure and maintain accountability. Refine systems and processes. Identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows and build a scalable engine. Stay ahead of legislation and compliance. Zero shortcuts, zero grey areas.
