The Opportunity
This is a newly created growth-focused role designed to support national expansion across both commercial and residential channels.
The Associate will work closely with senior leadership, with day-to-day exposure across commercial strategy and residential growth initiatives. Reporting lines will align to business needs and may sit primarily under the National Commercial Director, with ongoing collaboration alongside the National Growth Manager, Residential.
The role offers meaningful exposure to senior client relationships, structured transactions, and national growth initiatives, making it well suited to a commercially minded professional looking to deepen their experience across property, lending, and risk solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Support national growth initiatives across commercial and residential markets, working closely with senior sales and growth leadership.
* Build and maintain relationships with property lawyers, conveyancers, lenders, private capital groups, and developers.
* Assist in business development activity, including client meetings, proposals, presentations, and partnership discussions.
* Contribute to structured solutions for clients across a range of property transaction types.
* Represent the business at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums.
* Maintain visibility across both commercial and residential pipelines, providing flexibility where market demand requires.
* Collaborate with internal teams including underwriting, product, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless client delivery.
* Support pipeline management, reporting, and market insights to inform national growth strategy.
About You
* Experience within property, financial services, lending, legal services, insurance, or a related professional services environment.
* Exposure to property transactions, conveyancing, lending, credit, or risk-related products is highly regarded.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build trusted professional relationships.
* Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with both technical professionals and senior decision-makers.
* Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating across multiple business lines.
* Motivated by long-term career development within commercial property and financial services.

* Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, law, property, or a related discipline.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
