The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
* Demonstrated experience as a cook or chef in a high-volume restaurant or casual fine-dining venue
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a cook or chef in a professional kitchen environment
* Strong understanding of Aus food safety standards and hygiene
* Current Food Handler Certificate demonstrating knowledge of Australian food safety standards
* Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
* Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude, bringing energy, creativity and a love for hospitality every day
* Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
* Excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate with a passionate team across multiple venues and contribute to menu development and seasonal specials.
* Full availability and willing to work a rotating roster that includes opening or closings shifts, weekends and public holidays.
* Pizza, grill and pastry experience highly regarded.
* Australian work rights will be considered on a case by case basis
