* Performing relief batching duties as required, ensuring accurate mixing and quality control.
* Conducting pre-start checks and basic maintenance on vehicles.
* Maintaining accurate delivery records and adhering to strict safety protocols.
* Building positive relationships with clients and team members.
What you'll bring:
* Proven, hands-on experience as an Agitator Driver is essential.
* Demonstrable experience and capability as a Concrete Batcher (relief or full-time) is essential.
* A strong commitment to safety and an excellent driving record.
* Reliability, a solid work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills.
