First-year on-target earnings (OTE) are easily $80,000+!

Great Working Hours: You\'ll work a rotating schedule Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM, with Saturdays always set at 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing
Answer inbound calls from everyday customers, representing and promoting a wide range of Telstra products and services.
Provide expert advice tailored to customer needs and lifestyles.
Use effective communication skills to empathize with and understand customers.
Confidently de-escalate any customer grievances.
Be adaptable with hours to ensure we're there when our customers need us.
