Description Your new role As the Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be maintaining and enhancing IT systems that support the administration of superannuation schemes, ensuring they are compliant with legislation and scheme rules, and remain fit for purpose. Key responsibilities Apply Salesforce development and admin skills to deliver business changes and improve development/release processes Upskill and mentor internal Salesforce developers to build technical capability Provide technical guidance to Delivery and Senior Managers on vendor solutions and estimates Engage across the full software development lifecycle from gathering user requirements to solution design, coding, testing and implementation Research complex problems and analyse potential solutions Create and maintain clear technical documentation, specifications and user guidelines Troubleshoot and resolve software and data issues efficiently Please note: we are open to consider applications from across Australia with an established home office. What you need to excel Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident Minimum 5 years’ experience as a software developer Relevant IT qualifications or Salesforce certifications Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, including Omnistudio, Apex and Lightning Web Components Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff Hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle (requirements, architecture, design, development, testing) Familiarity with Jira or similar issue tracking tools Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong understanding of design patterns and the ability to develop IT solutions aligned with business needs Several years of experience using SQL Ability to develop, test and document new and updated software solutions Strong analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment What will you get in return?
